The real problem

Your business isn't inefficient because your team is bad. Your systems don't talk to each other.

Every system you use works fine on its own. The cost is in the gaps between them — filled by people copying, checking, calling and chasing.

Sales

An enquiry passes through four people before it becomes an invoice.

  1. Lead arrives from IndiaMART.
  2. Someone copies it into Excel.
  3. Someone sends the quote through WhatsApp.
  4. Accounts manually creates the invoice later.

Leads slip. Rates get mistyped. Nobody knows the conversion rate.

Collections

Nobody has a reliable, real-time view of who owes you money.

  1. Invoices live in Tally.
  2. Follow-ups live in WhatsApp.
  3. Bank payments live somewhere else.
  4. The outstanding report is prepared once a week.

Cash stays with customers longer than it should.

Operations

The owner has become the integration layer.

  1. Orders are in one sheet.
  2. Stock is in Tally or the ERP.
  3. Purchases are approved on WhatsApp.
  4. Every exception comes to the owner's phone.

Decisions wait for one person. Growth adds calls, not capacity.

Management

Every important question needs someone to “prepare a report.”

  1. “How were sales last week?”
  2. “Which orders are stuck?”
  3. “Why is stock so high?”
  4. Each answer is a new Excel from a different person.

By the time the numbers arrive, the moment to act has passed.

Before and after

You keep the tools. What changes is that they share data, hand work to each other, and report into one place.

Ask your business

Ask a question. Get the list, not a report request.

A plain-language interface over your company's operations. Not a chatbot that writes essays — a faster way to reach the numbers and act on them.

  • Answers come from your synced business data — with the records behind every number.
  • It can act, not just answer: create tasks, send reminders, route approvals.
  • It respects permissions. A salesperson can't ask about salaries.
  • When the data isn't there, it says so instead of guessing.

How it works

No migration nightmare.

The platform sits on top of the systems you already run. Data flows between them; work moves between them; you see all of it in one place.

  1. Connect existing systems

Tally, Excel, WhatsApp, your ERP and CRM stay where they are.

  2. Synchronise business data

Customers, orders, invoices, stock and payments flow between them.

  3. Automate between systems

Hand-offs that people do by copy-paste happen on their own.

  4. Replace only when ready

Retire legacy tools one at a time, when the business is ready — or never.

“But our entire business runs on Tally.”

Good. Keep using it.

Tally is excellent at what it does. We don't ask you to replace it, retrain your accountant or migrate your books. The platform sits around Tally — reading from it, and writing back only what you allow.

Stays in Tally

  • Vouchers, ledgers and your chart of accounts
  • GST returns and your CA's process
  • Stock valuation and statutory reports
  • Your accountant's daily routine

Added around it

  • Enquiries, quotes and follow-ups linked to Tally customers
  • Automatic payment reminders from Tally outstanding
  • Purchase and discount approvals on mobile
  • Owner dashboard across Tally and every other system
  • Stock alerts based on real consumption

The same applies to Busy, Marg, SAP or a custom ERP your team has used for fifteen years. If you decide to replace it one day, your workflows and dashboards stay — only the connection underneath changes.

A different approach

Connect first. Replace only when it makes sense.

Traditional ERP projects ask the business to stop, switch and relearn. We start from what already works.

Traditional ERP approach

  • Replace old software
  • Months of implementation before any result
  • Large upfront data migration
  • Everyone retrained at once
  • Rigid workflows you adapt to

Our approach

  • Connect what you already use
  • Automate the first workflow early
  • Migrate data gradually, as needed
  • Onboard one role at a time
  • Workflows shaped around how you work

Implementation

Four steps. Your business keeps running through all of them.

There is no stop-the-world go-live date. Each step delivers something useful on its own, and your team keeps working throughout.

  1. 1

    Understand

We map your existing software, spreadsheets and workflows — and find where time and money leak.

  2. 2

    Connect

We connect the tools your business already uses. Nobody changes how they work on day one.

  3. 3

    Automate

We remove repetitive manual processes, one workflow at a time, starting with the highest impact.

  4. 4

    Improve

Legacy systems are consolidated gradually, only when the business is ready.

Illustrative estimate

Not a guarantee
Admin hours potentially saved
52 – 104 hrs / month
Possible workflow reduction
480 – 840 manual re-entry steps / month
Estimated annual productivity value
₹74.9K – ₹1.5L
Potential reduction in collection delay
2.5 – 6.3 days
≈ ₹3.3L – ₹8.2L of cash released from receivables (one-time)
How this is calculated
  • 20–40% of repetitive admin hours are assumed automatable.
  • Hourly cost = average salary ÷ 208 working hours per month.
  • Each invoice is assumed to be re-keyed once per additional system (up to 4); 40–70% of those steps are assumed removable.
  • Systematic reminders are assumed to reduce collection delay by 10–25%. Cash released = daily revenue × days reduced.
  • Actual results depend on your processes, data quality and adoption. We'll replace these assumptions with your real numbers in the audit.

Who it's for

Built for businesses that make, move and sell things across India.

Typically ₹1–500 crore turnover, 10–500 people, running on Tally or an ERP — with no in-house technology team.

Low-risk by design

Built for businesses that cannot afford disruption.

You can't pause dispatch for a software project. Every part of how we work is designed around that.

  • Addresses: Downtime

    Works alongside existing software

Tally, your ERP and spreadsheets keep running. Nothing is switched off to start.

  • Addresses: Implementation complexity

    Gradual rollout

One workflow, one team at a time. Each step is useful on its own.

  • Addresses: Employee adoption

    Role-based onboarding

People learn the two or three screens they need, not the whole system.

  • Addresses: Migration risk

    Migration when ready

Replace legacy systems only when there's a clear reason — on your timeline.

  • Addresses: Support

    Human implementation support

A named implementation team works with your people, not a ticket queue.

  • Addresses: Vendor dependence

    Your data is exportable

Your business data can be exported in standard formats. No lock-in by design.

Security

Your business data, handled with the seriousness it deserves.

Built with enterprise-grade security principles. Your ledgers, customers and payroll are the most sensitive data you have — access to them is controlled, logged and encrypted.

We don't display certification badges we haven't earned. Ask us for our current security documentation during evaluation.

Read how we handle security →
  • Role-based access

Each person sees only what their role needs — by department, branch and data type.

  • Audit trails

Who viewed, changed or approved what, and when.

  • Encryption

Data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

  • Backups

Regular automated backups with tested restore procedures.

  • Data segregation

Each customer's data is logically isolated from every other customer's.

  • Granular permissions

Restrict sensitive fields — salaries, margins, bank details — to named roles.

  • Access controls

Strong authentication, session management and admin controls over users.

  • Least-privilege connections

Connectors to Tally, your ERP or CRM request only the access they need — and can be revoked by you.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Will I need to stop using Tally?

No. Tally can remain your book of accounts. We connect to it, read the data needed for dashboards and workflows, and — where you allow it — post vouchers back for your accounts team to review.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on how many systems and workflows are in scope. We start with one or two high-impact workflows so you see results early, then add more. You'll get a clear plan with timelines after the business audit — we won't quote a timeline before understanding your setup.

Can my existing data be imported?

Usually, yes. Customer, vendor, item and employee masters are typically imported from Tally, Excel or your ERP. Historical transactions can be imported where they're reasonably structured. We assess data quality before committing.

Can you integrate with our custom ERP?

Often. Custom and legacy systems can usually be connected through their database, an API, or scheduled file exports. Feasibility depends on how your system stores data and who maintains it, which we check during the audit.

Will my employees need technical training?

The goal is for most people to keep working the way they do, with less copying and chasing. New screens are introduced role by role with short, practical onboarding — not a classroom programme.

Can owners access it from mobile?

Yes. The owner view — sales, collections, approvals, alerts — is designed for the phone first.

Can different departments have different permissions?

Yes. Access is role-based: sales sees their customers, a branch head sees their branch, accounts sees finance, and the owner sees everything. Sensitive data such as salaries can be restricted.

What happens if we later replace our existing ERP?

Workflows, dashboards and history on the platform stay in place; we reconnect them to the new system. Because the platform sits around your core systems, changing one of them is less disruptive.

Is my business data secure?

The platform is built on established security practices: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit trails, backups and logical separation of each customer's data. See the Security page for details. We don't claim certifications we don't hold.

Can this work across multiple companies or branches?

Yes. Multi-company Tally setups, multiple branches and multiple plants can be viewed separately or together, with permissions per location.
