Does this replace our accountant or Tally?
No. Tally remains your book of accounts and your accountant remains in control. This gives the owner and sales team a live view and automates the follow-ups around it.
How current is the outstanding data?
It depends on how Tally is connected. With a connector running on the machine or server where Tally is hosted, data can sync at intervals you set (for example every 15 or 30 minutes).
Can reminders go from our own WhatsApp number?
Automated reminders require the WhatsApp Business Platform with approved message templates on a number you own. We help you set this up; your existing personal numbers are not used for automated sending.
