Quotations, Orders & Invoicing

Type the order once. Let it flow to dispatch, invoice and Tally.

In many businesses the same order is typed into a quotation in Word, an order register in Excel, a delivery challan and finally a Tally invoice. Each copy is a chance for a wrong rate, a missed item or a delay.

Sound familiar?

What this fixes

  • Quotation, order, challan and invoice are created separately by different people.
  • Rates and discounts are checked on WhatsApp with the owner before every quote.
  • Dispatch doesn't know an order is confirmed until someone calls.
  • Invoices are made days after dispatch, delaying collections.

Quote to cash

  1. Quote generated from customer price list
  2. Discount above 5% routed to owner for one-tap approval
  3. Order confirmed and stock reserved
  4. Invoice created in Tally; customer notified on WhatsApp

Capabilities

How it works

  • Quotations from price lists

Customer-specific rates, GST, freight and validity applied from rules, with approval required only above a discount limit.

  • Quote-to-order conversion

An approved quote becomes an order in one step, with stock availability checked before commitment.

  • Dispatch and challans

Pending dispatch list by date and location; delivery challans generated from the order.

  • Invoices into Tally

Sales vouchers are pushed to Tally for your accounts team to review, so books stay where your CA expects them.

FAQ

Quotations, Orders & Invoicing FAQs

Will invoices still be created in Tally?

If you want them to be, yes. Many businesses prefer Tally to remain the book of accounts. Invoices can be prepared upstream and posted to Tally as vouchers for review.

Can quotations follow our existing format?

Quotation layouts are configured during implementation to match your current format, letterhead and terms.

Does this generate e-invoices or e-way bills?

E-invoicing and e-way bill generation depend on your existing setup (Tally, a GSP or your ERP). We connect to that process rather than replace it; specifics are scoped during the audit.
