Sales & CRM
Stop losing enquiries between WhatsApp, Excel and someone's memory.
Most MSME sales teams don't need a complicated CRM. They need every enquiry captured automatically, a clear list of who to follow up with today, and the owner able to see the pipeline without asking for a report.

What this fixes
- IndiaMART and TradeIndia leads are copied into Excel by hand — some never make it.
- Quotes are sent from personal WhatsApp numbers and disappear when a salesperson leaves.
- Nobody knows which quotes are older than a week and still unanswered.
- The sales head rebuilds the pipeline in a spreadsheet every Monday.
Enquiry to order
- IndiaMART enquiry arrives and is assigned by territory
- Salesperson sends a quotation on WhatsApp from a template
- Follow-up task created automatically for day 3 and day 7
- Customer approves; order created without re-typing
Capabilities
How it works
Automatic enquiry capture
Leads from marketplaces, website forms, email and WhatsApp land in one list with source, product interest and assigned salesperson.
One customer record
Enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices from Tally and payment status sit on the same customer page.
Follow-up discipline
Every open quote has a next action and a due date. Overdue follow-ups surface for the salesperson and their manager.
Pipeline the owner can read
Value of open quotes by stage, salesperson and product group — updated as work happens, not on Monday.

FAQ
Sales & CRM FAQs
Can our salespeople keep using WhatsApp?
Yes. The aim is to capture what happens on WhatsApp — quotes sent, customer replies, follow-ups — into the customer record, not to stop the team using it. How much can be captured depends on whether you use the WhatsApp Business Platform; this is assessed during the audit.
We already use Zoho or Salesforce for CRM. Do we need to switch?
No. If your CRM works for the sales team, it can stay. We connect it to accounting, inventory and dashboards so it stops being an island.
Can we import our existing customer list from Excel?
Yes. Customer and contact lists are usually imported from Excel or Tally ledgers at the start, with duplicates reviewed before they go live.
