Inventory
Stop discovering stock-outs when the customer calls.
Stock is usually recorded somewhere — Tally, an ERP or an Excel register. The problem is that nobody sees it together with sales, open orders and purchases. The inventory module turns stock data into decisions.

What this fixes
- Stock in the system rarely matches the godown, and nobody knows since when.
- Fast-moving SKUs run out while slow-moving stock ties up lakhs of working capital.
- Sales promises delivery without checking stock reserved for other orders.
- Reorder decisions are made from memory.
Reorder without guesswork
- Daily check of stock vs. average consumption
- SKUs below 10 days of cover flagged
- Draft purchase request created for procurement
- Owner approves on mobile; PO issued
Capabilities
How it works
Stock across locations
One view of stock by godown, plant and branch, with quantities reserved for confirmed orders.
Consumption-based alerts
Reorder suggestions based on the last 30–90 days of actual movement, not a fixed minimum level set years ago.
Slow and dead stock
Items with no movement in 60, 90 or 180 days, with their value — so you can act before year-end.
Cycle counts
Scheduled counts for a few SKUs every week on a phone, with variances recorded and approved.

FAQ
Inventory FAQs
Do we need barcode scanners?
Not to start. Many businesses begin with stock data from Tally or their ERP. Barcode or QR scanning on phones can be added for counts and dispatch later.
Can this handle batches and expiry?
Batch and expiry tracking depends on whether your source system records it. If Tally or your ERP holds batch data, it can be shown and used in alerts.
We have stock in multiple godowns. Is that supported?
Yes, multi-location stock is a core requirement for most of our target customers and is part of the inventory scope.
