How it connects
Files are imported through guided uploads with column mapping. Google Sheets connect through Google's API with your authorisation; Excel files on OneDrive or SharePoint connect through Microsoft's APIs. Files on a local desktop can be uploaded manually or on a schedule.
Implementation considerations
- Sheets with merged cells, inconsistent formats or multiple tables per tab need cleaning before sync.
- Two-way sync with spreadsheets is possible but should be limited to specific, well-structured sheets.
- Formulas are not imported — the resulting values are. Business rules are rebuilt as workflows where needed.

Can my team still use Excel?
Yes. Any list can be exported to Excel. The goal is to stop Excel from being the only copy of important data, not to ban it.
Can you import years of historical data?
